Toasting coconut makes it tastier and it's a perfect past time while your pot is sizzling. This however is my perfect comfort food. With my legs placed on a stool. A cup of juice in one hand, T.V remote in the other and my I am watching a romantic movie on Iroko TV. #dreamyeyes

Ingredients
shredded, shaved or flaked coconut
Method:
Place the desired amount of coconut in a large skillet.
Cook over low or medium heat, stirring frequently until the flakes are mostly golden brown.
If the coconut is sweetened it will brown faster so, it will take less time.
When you have gotten your desired result please do not forget to enjoy it as topping for you ice cream and yogurt. You equally coat your frosted cake with it or mix it with your pancake batter.
