Irish cream is a liqueur based on Irish whisky, coffee, cream amongst others. It is perfect for every occasion, and best enjoyed with friends and family.
- 1cup of evaporated milk
- 395grams of sweetened condensed milk
- 400ml of Irish whisky or white wine
- 3 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1quater teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
METHOD
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30mins or until smooth.
- Transfer the Irish cream to a glass bottle and refrigerate. This drink can be stored for up to 2 months.
Shake well before use. Best served with ice.
